Brick TeeVee R.I.P. Stephanie Tubbs-Jones

We at Brick TeeVee mourn the untimely death of US Representative Stephanie Tubbs-Jones OH-11. She was an amazing woman, a caring mother, and an unflappable voice for her constituents and for causes she believed in, too many to list here. Many remember her for her challenge to the counting of Ohio's Electoral College in January 2005. In fact, on the day she fell ill she held a meeting to organize Election Protection at Cleveland State University for Sept. 4th, fighting and organizing to make sure what happened in her district in 2004 would not happen again. We have lost a great liberal voice in the House of Representatives, our community and our country. Our deepest condolences go out to her family, constituents and all who knew her. She is sorely missed already.
