The biggest story of the week, John Conyers' 6+ hour-long 'Imperial Presidency' hearing on Friday, gets little attention and nearly no Corporate Press coverage. So what do the networks do? Have presidential candidates on! Presumptuous candidates of the two major parties will "grace" the airwaves this Sunday on the "news" shows. Dem contender BARACK OBAMA will have a sit-down with Tom Brokaw on MTP. Then it's a MCCAIN two-fer with George Snuffagupolis then later with U-boat Captain Blitzer! Can you stand the excitement??? Don't hold yer breath for a one-hour sit down with Libertarian BOB BARR, Indy RALPH NADER or Green CYNTHIA MCKINNEY. Save all your bricks for KARL "Turd Blossom" ROVE on Fake News Sunday. Be sure to listen to the rebroadcast of Ring of Fire Radio with JANE MAYER, author of the new book,"The Dark Side". Jane Mayer also was on the panel at Conyers' hearing, too.
