ALL LINKS OPEN A NEW WINDOW!!!

We're only going to mention a stunning 2-hour video we think everyone should watch & critique with this little LINK. We mention this because we notice the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) has TWO members appearing this Sunday: President RICHARD HAASS on This Snufagoplis roundtable and Senior Fellow MICHAEL GERSON on the Meet the David roundtable. Listen very carefully to what they say. Of course the G20 "Summit" in London allowed world leaders to make fancy speeches where the common thread was a "new world order" with the U.S. led International Monetary Fund (IMF) getting an additional $1,000,000,000,000 in "financing" and muted calls for a "World Currency" cleverly disguised as SDRs "Special Drawing Rights, a synthetic paper currency issued by the International Monetary Fund that has lain dormant for half a century". In other words, a "magic" currency that amounts to simple ledger entries in the IMF "books". Talk about making money out of thin air! Elsewhere look for new U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. SUSAN RICE on This Week and now WH Sunday regular TIM GEITHNER on Face the Bob. What would Sunday be without DAVID AXELROD, this week on State of John King. Then brand-new can-you-smell-that-new-car-smell GM CEO FRITZ HENDERSON gets in his digs on Meet the David and State of the King, pushing his line-up of 30+ mpg vehicles and how the government will honor your warranty when they file Chapter 7 liquidation in 60 days or so. No sign of ANY leader of ANY union on ANY Sunday program even though more than 100,000 Communications Workers of America (CWA) union members at AT&T are set to strike MONDAY (h/t toniD). Crickets. Tune in 60 Minutes as they push a story about TORTURE IN IRAN without blinking about ongoing, established worldwide U.S. torture camps and prisons. If you haven't already picked your Brick Targets, there's always GEORGE WILL. Ring of Fire Radio features BARBARA BOXER, so catch that on Sunday evening. Also check out Max Keiser's notes from this past week and a discussion about Sunni/Shia tensions on AntiWar Radio. The Brick TeeVee crews' brackets have all gone bust, so they are now playing catch in anticipation of MLB Opening Day. And they have a brand new digitally edited and remastered copy of "Field of Dreams" cued up in the DVD Player. Hello Springtime and "PLAY BALL!"

  • Dave Marsh on XM 167 Listen to podcasts of Dave Marsh LIVE! @ xmfan.com via E STREET RADIO.
As reported by ghettodefender Sun, 02/08/2009 - 5:28pm.
wiki: Dave Marsh (born March 1, 1950, Detroit, Michigan) is an American music critic who briefly attended Wayne State University, became a co-founder of Creem magazine, wrote for various publications such as Newsday, The Village Voice, and Rolling Stone, and also edited Rock and Roll Confidential, a newsletter about rock music and social issues. Marsh is also a member of the National Advisory Board of PROTECT: The National Association to Protect Children. XM put this guy on this afternoon, and I though he was great. Not as good as Sam, but a hella of lot better than a rerun of Rachael. Mostly, he talking about Phelps and our stupid drug laws. He really wanted callers. Was easy to talk to. And never pulled a Randi. Anyway, I don't know anything about him, but so far I'm glad I'm hearing him.
We'll take that as a ringing endorsement! Check it out!
