Brick TeeVee and a New Era

Brick TeeVee is a preview of the Sunday Talking Head Shows beamed across America by Corporate Media, plus some good progressive radio and who will be on which show. If you have other Sunday Talkie shows' guest lists we don't have, please share below. Post your comments while you watch! It's fun, it's healthy and doggonit at least we'll know others can also see through the media manipulation that blankets our public airwaves. DEBUNK HERE!

So, with no further ado, I present to you This Week's Brick TeeVee entry!

ALL LINKS OPEN A NEW WINDOW!!!

After a mere four days in office Team Obama has begun the process of closing Gitmo, lifted the federal ban on stem cell research, revoked the executive order issued by Bush that exerted executive privilege to keep presidential papers private longer than 12 years, and more. The 112th Congress is set to pass the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act which will most likely be the first law Obama will sign. But the economy is a mess, the Middle East is a mess and there's much to do to clean up Bu$hco's disasters. First off is NANCY PELOSI in an exclusive sit-down with This George. Look for Nobel prize winner PAUL KRUGMAN on the roundtable. Not to be undone, Face the Bob gets an exclusive with VICE PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN. Meet the David features incoming Economic Council Director LARRY "Africa is Under-polluted" SUMMERS up against House Minority Loser JOHN "Crybaby" BOEHNER. Throw bricks at roundtable guest & free-market cheerleader TOM FREIDMAN. Crossing over to the Dark Side this week is CHUCK SCHUMER on Fake News Sunday along with JOHN "Crazy Train" MCCAIN. The only other GOPhers we can find are on CNN's new STATE OF THE KING, those being KENT CONRAD and LINDSEY GRAHAM. Mayor MICHAEL BLOOMBERG will tell King why he should be NYC Mayor for Life and DOUGLAS FIETH will tell King what a great victory Iraq is! Catch a very good Ring of Fire Radio show this week to learn how badly conservative ideology has failed with Bernie Horn from the Campaign for America’s Future and the ACLU's Barry Steinhardt to talk about their new “You Are Being Watched” campaign exposing some of Homeland Security's most onerous privacy invasions. The Brick TeeVee crew watched C-SPAN on Tuesday and couldn't go back to work until they saw gwb leave DC for good in the helicopter. Where's a flock of geese when you need one? Unfortunately the gala parties were a bit over the top, considering one plate of food probably cost what we'll make all week. Pssst! Did anybody tell them we're in a DEPRESSION? Anyway, only three weeks until Pitchers and Catchers report to Spring Training!
